Donald Trump Is A Convicted Felon, First Time In American History!

Donald Trump finally could not completely escape justice, as today, he became a convicted felon in the Hush Money Case involving Stormy Daniels in New York City, including his illegal business dealings, which led to a 34 count conviction.

For all time, Donald Trump will be part of history as a convicted felon, even though he should have been further prosecuted for the January 6 2021 US Capitol Insurrection and the taking of sensitive government documents to his estate at Mar a Lago in Florida.

But Trump was able, by legal maneuvering, to delay and prevent further action on these crucial matters.

But history will show that he was involved in corrupt actions, not only in his business dealings, but also in the Presidential campaigns of 2016 and 2020, leading to convictions for multiple defendants.

It is sad that Trump was able to avoid prison time or any other penalty, due to his being about to take the oath of office as President of the United States once again.

But future generations will know that Trump was easily the most corrupt President in American history, and sadly, may add to that in his new term, although there must be actions to make him accountable over the next four years when he violates his oath of office.

It will be a long four years, and the nation must be ready to face the challenge of the corruption of Donald Trump, and fight tooth and nail within legal boundaries against any further transgressions!

Rule Of Law Upheld By Joe Biden With Son Hunter Biden Conviction

President Joe Biden has demonstrated that he will promote the “rule of law” even when his own son, Hunter Biden, has been convicted on gun charges in a federal trial in Delaware.

This cannot be a happy moment for the President, who is very committed to his family, but he has made it clear there will be no pardon if his son is given prison time, which might not occur on a first offense on the charges he was convicted on.

One can be certain that Donald Trump, who has no ethics, morals, or scruples, would have no problem if faced with a similar situation involving his family, and certainly, did not prevent Trump from giving pardons to lawbreakers in his Presidency!

Mind Boggling That Convicted Felon Is Allowed To Run For President!

Only a few days since the felony conviction of Donald Trump, it is mind boggling that a convicted felon is allowed to run for President, and is gaining the support of over 90 percent of Republican officeholders, who are attacking the judicial system and the rule of law.

It is also mind boggling that members of the Supreme Court are willing to undermine American democracy and their own reputations in service of a man who has made clear that he wants to destroy the US Constitution, American democracy, and to seek retribution on his enemies, and declare a dictatorship on Day One and beyond.

It is also beyond understanding why the judge, prosecutor, jury and witnesses in the Donald Trump trial are facing constant threats to their personal security and that of their family members, and yet no condemnation by Republicans to this threat to public order.

The American nation also has allies in NATO and other friendly nations around the world who are truly alarmed at the prospect of a second Donald Trump Presidency, and have told Joe Biden that he must insure that Trump, a menace to the world, is not permitted to retake power.

The concept that Donald Trump still keeps millions of supporters makes one wonder what is wrong with the mental health of the American people.

How could any decent person who is Jewish, African American, Latino American, Asian American, and any person who professes to true Christian faith be able to overlook the record of destruction and hatred of Donald Trump, and vote for authoritarian Fascism just before the 250th anniversary of the American Republic?

Apologists For And Sycophants To Donald Trump Endanger America!

The display this week of a host of Republican officeholders acting as apologists for and sycophants to Donald Trump, by showing up en masse to his New York trial, is a total outrage!

Many of these characters showed up because they are hoping they will be selected to be Trump’s Vice Presidential runningmate, which in itself is an example of total lack of principle, an indication they would do anything Donald Trump wanted!

This is a danger to American democracy and the rule of law, and yet there is no embarrassment or concern as to how it appears to the general public.

The thought that one of these apologists for or sycophants to Trump could be a heartbeat away from the Presidency is obscene, and their willingness to refuse to accept election results if Trump loses, is a major character flaw in the vast membership of the Republican Party.

So the likelihood is that January 6, 2025 might be even worse of a constitutional crisis than what occurred on that date in 2021!

Mike Johnson, The Religious Hypocrite And Underminer Of The Rule Of Law!

America is, unfortunately, saddled with a Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, who is both a religious hypocrite and an underminer of the rule of law.

This is a man who claims to be a “good Christian”, and he and his son monitor each other on avoidance of pornography online.

But at the same time, he shows up at the trial of Donald Trump, who has been engaged in illicit sex affairs with multiple women, and arranged a payment with two such women to keep the American people from learning about the affairs before the Presidential Election of 2016.

Trump has had three marriages, and cheated on all three wives, including just after his youngest son was born in 2006, and yet, Mike Johnson comes to his defense.

Johnson and all of the other Republicans who have shown up at the trial of Trump are out to defend a person engaged in illicit and criminal activity, and are undermining the rule of law, common decency, and morality and ethics.

The thought that Johnson is two heartbeats away from the Presidency under the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 is horrifying and just another reason to insure that the Democrats win the House of Representatives in the upcoming Presidential Election of 2024.

Imagine if past Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi intervened to defend Democrats facing trial, such as Hunter Biden or Senator Bob Menendez. What an outrageous reaction there would be, but such an event would never occur.

And think back to the Bill Clinton sex scandal, when Republicans were so moral and ethical, but now have switched gears completely!

Trump Support Declining In Latest Polls!

The Donald Trump Criminal trial in New York City is undermining his support, which already was never the majority of Americans.

Recent polls also indicate that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is taking away Trump supporters more than Joe Biden supporters in his crazy third party bid!

The information about payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal to cover up their affairs with Donald Trump, and the renewal of the information about the Access Hollywood tape of 2016, which almost destroyed Donald Trump’s Presidential campaign, now has “reared its ugly head” once again!

As more women look at the facts about Trump’s disrespect for women, and the fact that he has caused the end of abortion rights through Roe V Wade being reversed in Dobbs V Jackson Women’s Health Organization in 2022 by the Supreme Court, and has bragged about it, seems certain to insure his defeat in November, beyond many other issues and factors!
