Trump V US Supreme Court Case A “Mixed” Result!

The case of Trump V US has finally been issued by the Supreme Court, and it is a disappointing decision, but despite strong criticism by many, it is a “mixed” decision, that allows for future prosecution.

It makes “official” acts of a President immune, but does not claim that all acts are official, and there are aspects of Donald Trump’s behavior around the Presidential Election Of 2020 that are clearly not protected.

So while some actions of Trump cannot be prosecutable due to the decision, the ability to move forward and prosecute Trump can only be prevented if Trump wins the Presidency again.

Otherwise, the actions around the Florida case of documents illegally at Mar A Lago, and the Georgia case of pressuring the Secretary of State to find votes to change the results, and some of the actions around January 6 can still be pursued in court.

The crucial action is to insure Donald Trump does not win the Presidential Election Of 2024, and that means the Democrats must do everything possible to insure victory, not only in the race for the White House, but also for the future 119th Congress!

Also, future Supreme Court and other judicial appointments are determined by who wins the White House, and the only way to reform the courts is more Democratic Presidential appointments, so another reason for the urgency to insure victory for the Democrats at all levels!

It is crazy and unbelievable to see many Republicans and Right Wing Media calling for revolution and violence because Donald Trump is facing prosecution for endangering national security by his illegal possession of highly sensitive documents at his Mar a Lago estate in Florida!

This craziness is being heard and seen on Fox News Channel, NewsMax, and on talk radio shows.

Among those advocting revolution, violence, and retribution, besides Donald Trump himself, are members of his family; failed Arizona gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake; right wing lunatic Mark Levin; Right wing activist Charlie Kirk; disinformation super spreader Alex Jones; Fox News Host Tucker Carlson; Donald Trump Jr’s fiancee Kimberly Guilfoyle; Arizona Congressman Andy Biggs; Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene; and a host of other extremists.

And Republican Presidential contenders, except for Chris Christie and Asa Hutchinson, are talking about pardons for January 6 insurrectionists and Trump himself, if any of them were to be elected President.

And top Republican leaders, at least in the House of Representatives, including Speaker Kevin McCarthy, are failing to realize how Trump endangered the national security of the US!

And Donald Trump, in two rallies since the announcement of the indictment, has promoted threats and violence against the prosecutor Jack Smith; the Department of Justice; and the FBI, making him “a clear and present danger” to the American government and nation!

Meanwhile, at least two former Trump Cabinet officers, Attorney General William Barr, and National Security Adviser John Bolton, have made it clear that the case against Donald Trump is very strong and powerful!

The detailed 37 count indictment against Donald Trump reveal shocking military and intelligence documents held at Mar a Lago, and often shared with others, making Trump a massive national security threat!

It Seems Donald Trump Finally Will Be Indicted In Documents Case

It now seems that former President Donald Trump finally will be indicted in the Mar a Lago Documents case, and likely very soon.

He also faces likely prosecution in Georgia and in Washington DC, and South Florida has also been added, due to the controversy over the holding of government documents at Trump’s Palm Beach County estate.

After tedious investigations, including that by the January 6 House Committee, and grand juries in different locations, it is time for prosecution to hold Trump accountable for his illegal, unconscionable actions against American democracy, the Constitution, and the rule of law!

Donald Trump Attacks On Prosecutor And Judge Should Lead To Punishment!

Donald Trump is refusing to obey the orders of the judge, Juan Merchan, in his indictment by the Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, to avoid any incitement of violence, or encouragement of threats as likely to undermine the rule of law.

As a defendant, he is expected to obey the admonitions of legal authorities, as much as any ordinary citizen who is arrested and indicted.

His sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, are also engaged in attacks on social media against not just the Manhattan DA and the judge, but also against their family members, totally unconscionable.

It certainly is clear that Trump is promoting racism in his attacks, since Bragg is African American, and Merchan is Hispanic!

What the judge in this case needs to do is give one more warning,discipline all three Trumps with a gag order, and then, if disobeyed, have Trump and his sons, be arrested and incarcerated for disobeying legal authority!

What Trump and his sons are doing is encouraging violence and bloodshed on the level of what happened on January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol, and their behavior, if not stopped, requires harsh punishment!

Clearly, when Trump faces further charges in other cases, including Georgia, Mar a Lago, and the January 6, 2021 Insurrection, the level of promotion of incitement of violence and bloodshed may be even greater, so time for a crackdown on him and his sons!

Donald Trump First Indicted President, And More Is To Come!

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted in the “Stormy Daniels” case in New York City.

He is the first President to face indictment, and there will be more indictments, including likely in Georgia over interference with the vote count in the Presidential Election of 2020; in the case of the government documents at his home in Mar A Lago in Florida; and the US Capitol Insurrection of January 6, 2021.

Trump was twice impeached, and had a bipartisan vote in the US Senate on that, the first time that has ever occurred.

Trump can still be prevented from running for the Presidency, if only the 14th Amendment, Section 3, is invoked, as it was for Confederate traitors in the Reconstruction Era!

It is time for Republicans to save whatever limited dignity they have, and stop backing this criminal former President!

Sadly, it is now clear that the Republicans are willing to go down with Trump!

Donald Trump Creates New Threat With Call For Protests When And If He Is Arrested!

The nightmare of Donald Trump continues, as this weekend, he predicted he will be arrested on Tuesday, March 21, by the NY District Attorney in the “Stormy Daniels” case, one of many cases pending against Trump.

In comparative terms, this case of paying Stormy Daniels $130,000 through his former attorney, Michael Cohen, seems minor, compared to the Georgia case, the January 6 Insurrection case, and the Mar A Lago retention of government documents cases.

What Trump is doing is encouraging his supporters to rise up when the predicted arrest occurs, and this creates a situation that could lead to the kind of bloodshed and violence that occurred on January 6, 2021, at the US Capitol.

Certainly, those supportive of Trump, as well as those opposed to Trump, have the right of protest as a constitutionally guaranteed right, under the First Amendment, but not to the utilization of bloodshed and violence.

And it creates the issue whether such an arrest might actually increase the odds of Trump winning the Republican Presidential nomination in 2024, and even possibly winning the election, a horrifying and dangerous scenario!

Donald Trump Likely Soon To Be Indicted In Three Jurisdictions!

It now seems clear that former President Donald Trump will soon be indicted in Georgia for interfering in the vote count in that state in the Presidential Election of 2020.

It also seems clear that in New York, the case against Trump on the payments to “Stormy Daniels” to cover up the affair Trump had with her, but which he wished to hide due to his Presidential campaign, is also coming to a head very soon.

And the federal case against Trump for the January 6 Insurrection and the hiding of government documents at Mar A Lago also is on its way to another indictment.

These indictments will come in the midst of the Presidential campaign of 2024, and should derail Trump from being able to run.

If only the 14th Amendment, Section 3, designed originally to deal with the rebellion of the Confederate States of America, were to be utilized, Donald Trump would be unable to run for President, even without any indictments or trials.

But sadly, the likelihood of such action by a divided Congress, with so many Republicans kowtowing to Donald Trump, prevents such action, so the threat of Donald Trump is very real and dangerous to national security, as he is the leader of domestic terrorist forces!

The January 6 House Committee has issued a subpoena to Donald Trump, calling for documents by November 4 and testimony around November 14, a dramatic development!

And as this is revealed, we learn that Donald Trump had China and Iran National Security documents at Mar A Lago, a shocking revelation!

If anyone else had participated in such pilfering of national security documents, such person would have been arrested and incarcerated before trial!

It is time, once the Midterm Elections of 2022 are over, for Attorney General Merrick Garland to move forward on indictment on a number of charges!

Donald Trump IS The Most Important Issue In Midterm Elections!

After the January 6 House Committee hearings yesterday, and the Supreme Court unanimously rejecting Donald Trump’s attempt to manipulate the issue of the national security documents at his Mar A Lago estate, it has become perfectly clear!

The issue of the Midterm Elections next month is the issue of what will happen to American democracy, as Donald Trump is a clear and present danger to the future of the American republic!

There are many other issues, including the “Election Deniers” crisis, abortion rights, the economy, gun violence, the climate crisis, the Ukraine invasion by the Russian Federation, and the future of the Joe Biden Presidency, among others.

But Donald Trump MUST be prosecuted, and prevented from being able to run for President again in 2024, as a first step above all else!

The Electoral Count Act needs to be revised so that what happened on January 6, 2021 cannot happen again, and since Trump promoted sedition and treason, he must be barred from the ability to run for public office, under the 14th Amendment, Section 3!
